Thank you for considering me as a collaborator in your healing journey within therapy. I am a trauma-trained, culturally responsive therapist grounded in decolonizing, social justice, and anti-oppressive frameworks. I value excellence and quality of care.
My training has provided me with a research-based approach to working with individuals and couples, while deeply honoring each client’s story and lived experience. I draw from multiple treatment modalities and collaborate with clients to explore what best supports their unique nervous system, recognizing that regulation and healing look different for everyone.
It’s important for me to build trust and rapport with clients. I strive to provide a space for clients to feel heard, understood, and accepted as their authentic selves. I support and guide clients in developing strategies to cope with stressors, creating balance in life, and finding inner peace.
I enjoy working, supporting, and empowering those from marginalized communities, including BIPOC and Muslim-identified individuals, as well as parents, immigrants, college students, and anyone who feels ready to make meaningful, positive shifts in their lives.
Think we're a good fit or have questions? Please get in touch with me to inquire about any openings in my schedule.
If you’ve also tried multiple therapists and haven’t found the right fit, you’re not alone—a strong therapeutic match is essential for healing. Feel free to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
